Capital punishment is defined as
the penalty of death for the commission of a crime.
The term 'capital punishment' is originated from the
Latin word 'caput', meaning 'head'. It initially referred

The word juvenile is defined differently
by varying terms including youthful, immature, childish
etc., and the juvenile delinquent is defined as 'a
young person who habitually breaks the law, especially
somebody repeatedly charged with vandalism or other
anti-social behaviour'. Thus those offences committed
by adults and punishable, which when committed by
children or youth under the age of eighteen are denoted
as juvenile crimes and the juvenile courts deal with
such cases.

White-collar crimes are those, which
are committed by respectable persons, holding enviable
positions, either in a public or private concern.
The economic loss caused by such crimes is huge when
being compared to that in other crimes. It is very
hard to detect these crimes. But once these crimes
are detected, heavy punishment is levied upon the
culprits.
