Social Security is a human right that should be enjoyed by every individual in the world. The Right to Social Security has duly been recognized since the Second World War. If we are to articulate about any great achievements that took place in this modern world, then we can consider the "Right to Social Security" as one of the greatest achievements.

Globalization has integrated the economies into a single market forcing the political systems as well as the society to think of a new system of existence. As globalization is multifaceted, some of the phenomenons that are largely affected by it are employment and related issues.
