No long people accept the status of "self-evident" for the three branches viz., Legislature, Executive and Judiciary under the Constitution. As far as Judiciary is concerned they are not only the interpreters of law, which the legislators make, at times they are the lawmakers. The responsibility of the judiciary is doubled because the legislature relies on judicial action. Judiciary is fulfilling its corrective duty in the States governed by Rule of Law.
